Change of Mind Returns
- You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in brand new condition, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Beyond 30 days of receiving your order, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless required by law.
If an item is returned damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we are unable to issue a refund.
Damaged or Faulty Products
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to this policy. This means you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product you purchased is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If you received a damaged item:
- Please do not assemble or use the product.
- Take clear photos of:
- the damaged item
- any damaged packaging
- the shipping label
- Contact us using our Contact Us form with the photos attached.
We are unable to accept returns of items that have been assembled or used, unless the issue was identified before assembly.
